Q) What is included in the service plan?
A) The service plan provides 4 weeks of cloud based archiving and access to all features of CudaEye - Bandwidth Shaping, CudaEye Mobile, Alerts - it is all there. Just plug your camera in.
Q) How does the 30 days free work?
A) Every CudaEye camera comes with 30 days of free Service. The camera gets this plan automatically when it first connects, you do not have to do anything. Sometime during the 30 days, you need to pick the plan you will be using and attach any required billing information. At the end of the 30 days the camera will convert over to the plan you have selected.
