CudaEye Support

I can't find my CudaEye camera(s).

First, see if the camera is already in your account. CudaEye supports multiple "panels" of cameras (similar to the iPhone navigation model) and your camera may be on a different panel. Look for a triangular arrow on one side of the camera control region or the other, click on it to change panels and find your camera.

Cameras you ordered from CudaEye are automatically registered to the account you ordered them with. If you got your camera some other way (or if something broke), you will need to "add a camera". Under the TOOLS menu in the upper right, click add a camera. You will be asked for the camera activation code - the 8 word phrase you can find on the back of your quickstart guide.
