I can't see any footage

Since CudaEye cameras typically only record on activity, it may be that everything is working fine, just nothing has happened recently. To check this, mouse over the bottom of the control and click GO LIVE. A few seconds later you should see live video and everything is fine.

If you get an error message, the camera is not connected to the service. Check the LEDs and read the FAQ on how to deal with a camera that won't connect.
