CudaEye on an event model, where a video segment and key images are recorded each time something moves in front of a camera. For example, if somebody walks through your lobby, a video event is recorded starting before the person walked in to after they walk off the cameras view. The event has a snapshot of the person in the center of your lobby. In CudaEye, you will find see the snapshot playhead is on that point in time.

The CudaEye interface provides fast event navigation. The default DashView shows you events in a timeline on the lower portion of the screen and a video control for each camera at the top. The vertical line in the timeline with a knob at the top called the playhead. The playhead indicates the time being displayed in the camera controls. By clicking on the timeline or dragging the playhead, you change the images displayed in the camera controls.

The camera controls display the closest snapshot in time to the playhead. If you click on the image, the video player appears and plays the video. As you roll over the control, a tab appears, letting you adjust SETTINGS, go to thumbnail view, GO LIVE for a live video stream, or turn the camera off if you want to stop recording for a while..
